The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reports:

Your Union bargaining committee has met with the company 3 times by conference call this week. We had discussions on worker safety, improvements to training practices and scheduling time off. We have passed additional proposals designed to improve differentials, work on Holidays and bereavement leave. As we continue to make progress in improving your contract we are fighting the company’s continued attempts to take away your hard earned rights.

We continue pushing the issues that are important to you. We have more economic proposals to submit including our wage proposal. We will be in contact with the company team tomorrow to begin securing our next set of bargaining dates.
