Bargaining Report #38: Frontier Communications
The Union and the Company met today.
The Company gave the Union a proposal to modify the Tuition Assistance Plan. The Company proposes to cap Job-Related Studies and/or Career-Related Studies at $8,000 dollars annually. For Non-Job Related/Non-Career Related Courses and Degrees, the Company is proposing an annual $4,000 maximum. The rest of the meeting focused on the Company’s Call Center Wage proposal for Consultants and Service Representatives.
The Bargaining Committee encourages all members to be active in their Local. If there is a meeting, attend it. If there is a mobilization activity, participate in it. If there is a picket line, join it.
