Notice: ZeniMax Effects Bargaining from International Vice Presidents CWA: District 2-13 Mike Davis and District 6 Derrick Osobase

We are happy to announce that the bargaining committee has reached a significant agreement in CORE Effects Bargaining comprised of our dedicated studios: BGS, ZOS, CS/UR, CTO, and id Software. Under the leadership of Bargaining Chair and Area Director Lisa Fazzini, this committed group of unionists demonstrated exceptional teamwork and resolve.

These negotiations were tough and challenging, and they required a collective effort from the ground up, beginning with the members. The mobilization actions each studio held following the July 6th layoff announcement helped set the resolve the bargaining committee brought to the negotiations.   Special thanks to the staff from District 6—Chase Odle and Jose Lozano—and from District 2-13 Mike Somers, Brandon Simmons, and McKenna Holtz—for their invaluable contributions at the table and behind the scenes mobilizing our members.  These negotiations were a clear example of what standing shoulder to shoulder across studios and Districts can achieve.
