Winner of 2010 Vincent & Patricia Maisano Scholarship

Congratulations Ashley Martin for winning the 2010 Vincent & Patricia Maisano Scholarship!  Ashley is the daughter of Local 13000 member Bryon Martin, and she will attend Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
