2024 Windstream PA Bargaining - Report 1

The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee met with Windstream last week and issued a report on Tuesday, September 10, 2024:

The Union Bargaining Committee met with the Company for a number of sessions the last two days, September 9 and 10, 2024. We have passed an initial series of 10 non-economic proposals with the intent of improving employee flexibility and contractual working conditions. The company has passed 11 proposals of its own so far and they are all designed to strip away your bargained for rights. One thing is clear after 2 days of bargaining, there is much work to do.

Talks are scheduled each day for the remainder of this week. Our intention is to continue pushing your agenda and craft proposals that benefit you both at work and at home. Please contact your Unit President or Rep with any bargaining questions and to learn of upcoming Mobilizations.
