2024 Windstream PA Bargaining - Report 3
On Friday, September 20, 2024, the Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reported:
Your Union bargaining committee has met with the company continuously over the last 2 weeks. We have succeeded in turning back several company attacks on your rights and have been able to make many improvements to the contracts. The committee is happy to announce that we have reached agreement on a new 3-year tentative agreement. Changes include:
A 3 year term
Annual wage increases
Vacation Accrual
Improved OT Meal Allowance
Improved Per Diems
Health Care
And others…A complete, comprehensive explanation of each change will follow and contract explanation meetings on Zoom will be as follows:
Kittanning/Murrysville – Tuesday September 24 at 6PM
Brookville – Tuesday September 24 at 8PM
Muncy/Lansford – Wednesday September 25 at 6PM
Ridgway – Wednesday September 25 at 8PMLook for invitations to the Zoom meetings and contact your Rep with any questions. Details on ratification voting will be announced during the explanation meetings.
The Bargaining Committee recommends ratification of this agreement.
