Altice 2024 Bargaining: Report #7
On June 27, 2024, the CWA Locals 2002 and 2007 Altice Bargaining Committee reported:
The Union and the Company met on June 25, 2024.
The Bargaining Committees had multiple meetings throughout the day. During these negotiations it is apparent that the decision-makers are not at the bargaining table, so all proposals and responses take longer. The Company requested to extend the contract until July 12, 2024. The Union Bargaining Committee agreed allowing the Company the time necessary to confer with the decision-makers. The Union Bargaining Committee continues to focus on the issues that you identified at the onset of bargaining.
Over the next two weeks we ask that everyone show Optimum our solidarity. Contact your mobilizers and see what you can do to participate. Your mobilizers are Nick Mariano, Eric Akers, or Nate Workman.
