Applications are due in the CWA District 2-13 Philadelphia office by Wednesday, March 31, 2021. CWA District 2-13 members, as well as the children and grandchildren of members, are eligible. Two recipients will be chosen, one from the Potomac region and one from the Pennsylvania/Delaware region. Each recipient will receive $1,000.00.
