ARC-NEPA 2021 Bargaining: Report 2

The CWA Local 13500 Bargaining Committee reports:
Bargaining resumed today with most of the discussions surrounding the NEPA “three staff drive” proposal and the Union’s counter proposal placing responsible limits on the use of such drives.
Union proposals on Holidays included as work time and severance were rejected by NEPA as the Union reinforced the proposals.
Bargaining has been recessed subject to the call of the chairs.
