Bargaining Report #26: Frontier Communications

The Union and the Company met today.

The Union asked several follow‐up questions regarding the Company’s proposal to replace the CPS award with a performance recognition plan. Additionally, an off table discussion was had regarding Call Centers.

Now is not the time to lose sight of the goal we are fighting to attain. Everyone needs to be focused on our objective of getting a contract that not only sustains our families but also improves our standard of living. Frontier benefits from the business it conducts in West Virginia. The Executives and shareholders benefit from the work that we do here in this state. It is only right that the people doing the work should benefit as well.

The Bargaining Committee wants to recognize Local 2011 for breaking out their camo and sending us pictures of their mobilization today!
