Bargaining Report #28: Frontier Communications

The Union and the Company met today and had additional discussion concerning the Company’s Call Center presentation. The Sub‐Committee on Call Outs also met.

Joint Bargaining meetings have recessed until August 26, 2013. The Union Bargaining Committee will be working analyzing volumes of data and evaluating proposals.

Locals and their Members should concentrate on sending management the following messages:

As a Member who works outside, you should be telling the Company, “CALL ME FOR CALL OUTS AND STOP CALLING CONTRACTORS.”

As a Member who works inside, you should be telling the Company, “CALL ME FOR SERVICE AND STOP SHIFTING MY WORK OUT OF STATE.”
