Bargaining Report #36: Frontier Communications
The Union and the Company met today.
The Company asked clarifying questions regarding the Union’s information request on the Company’s disability benefits proposal. The Company committed to provide the information which enables the Bargaining Committee to evaluate and respond appropriately to the proposal.
CWA’s strength is in its membership; it is in the time members donate representing our Union in their communities; it is in the work members do on the Union’s political/legislative agenda and it is in the participation of our members in mobilization actions. Nothing in our contract has been given to us; everything has been earned by the strength of our membership. The Bargaining Committee encourages everyone to participate in your Local’s mobilization activity tomorrow. Everyone must STAND UP to protect our contract.
BE INFORMED! BE INVOLVED! IT’S YOUR FIGHT! IT’S YOUR CONTRACT!
