Bargaining Report #62: Frontier Communications
The Union and the Company met twice today.
The Company finally passed a number of proposals in response to earlier Union proposals in the morning meeting. Many of the proposals focused on the Call Center Operation. Included in the proposals were issues like Stress Relief Committee, Evaluative Observations (Consultants and Operator Services), Call Routing, Consultant Agreement, Collection Calls and Service Quality Observing. Other proposals the Company passed were on Contract Labor, Contracting Initiatives and Outside Plant Copper Cable Splicing.
The Union reviewed the proposals and during the afternoon meeting asked several clarifying questions. The Union made two counter proposals on the Stress Relief Committee and Call Routing.
Both Bargaining Committees are tentatively scheduled to meet tomorrow at 11:00 a.m.
