Bargaining Report #72: Frontier Communications
This afternoon the Union and the Company met. The Union engaged the Company in discussions on several of the Company’s proposals. The Company provided corrected and revised proposals. The proposals discussed involved the Grievance Procedure, Internal vs External Staffing, Overtime Administration, Advertising and Classifying Job Vacancies, GPS, Limitations on Mandatory Overtime, Business Attire, Closed Time, and the Vacation Scheduling Percentage.
The next scheduled meeting is April 15, 2014. The Bargaining Committees plan to continue off table conversations in the interim.
