CCI-ILEC 2023 Bargaining Report #4

On Tuesday, August 29, 2023, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reported:

The Union committee met with the Company today, Tuesday, August 29, 2023, for several brief sessions. The company opened the day with regressive proposals on sick and disability leave, performance bonus, and telephone concessions. While the company was only available for limited time at the table we continue to fight their attacks. As we prepare to enter our 5th day of bargaining the company has no interest in doing anything to improve your working conditions or wages. We’re scheduled to get back to the table tomorrow to continue working towards a fair contract to present to the Membership.
