CCI-ILEC 2023 Bargaining Report #8

On Thursday, September 21, 2023, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reported:

After meeting with the company over the last two days, late this afternoon we were able to come to a tentative agreement. Highlights of the agreement include:
A 3 year term
Annual wage increases
Improvement to performance basement
New Broadband Installer title added to contract
Improved training language
Caps on forced/mandatory overtime
Improved boot allowance
Protected YOUR rights to Sickness and Disability benefits

A comprehensive list of all changes to the contract will be available soon for you to review. We will hold a contract explanation meeting, answer all questions, AND have the ratification vote on:
