CCI-ILEC 2026 Bargaining Report 2

On September 15, 2026, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reported:

The Union and company committees met this morning to continue bargaining. We have been working throughout the two weeks with off-table discussions since our last face-to-face bargaining sessions in order to keep momentum and keep moving forward. At the end of today’s sessions, we were able to reach a tentative agreement on a new contract. Highlights of the agreement include:

• A 3-year term
• Annual wage increases
• Increased performance bonus
• Promotions to Senior Titles
• Parental Leave
• Vacation Accrual and Carry Over
• Training
• And more…

A comprehensive list of all changes to the contract will be available soon for you to review. We will hold a contract explanation meeting, answer all questions, AND have the ratification vote on:
