After many sessions we are happy to announce we’ve reached a tentative agreement on a new contract. Changes include:
• Improved language on made-to-stay
• New Summer Overtime Plan (SOP)
• Individual salary adjustments
• Yearly General Wage Increases (GWIs)
• Improved wage progression for new hires
• Improved language on protections for bargaining unit work
• Improved Holiday language
• Improved PTO accruals
• Improved training language
• Changed PTO allowance
• $500.00 ratification bonusStay tuned for information on a Membership Meeting where we will provide a much more detailed explanation of the results of bargaining and hold a ratification vote. The committee appreciates all of your support as we fought this battle, the reason we succeeded in achieving a fair agreement is the unity our group has been showing!
