The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reports:
The Union Bargaining Committee met with the Company the last 2 days, September 20 and 21, 2022. We spent the entire time at the table in an effort to make headway on a wage proposal that we can present to the Membership. Several passes were made back and forth over the two days of sessions. We still have a LONG way to go!!
In two days, they barely moved towards a realistic offer! It’s time to let the management team know how undervalued you feel. Every chance you have to convey your displeasure with the undervalued view this company has on us DO IT!
On a positive note we will be back at it very soon. We have secured three dates in early October to continue the fight!!!
