Comcast Corliss 2025 Bargaining: Report #9

On Wednesday, December 9, 2025, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee announced:

The Union bargaining committee has met with the company continuously over the last 2 days, December 9th and 10th, 2025. We’ve met at the bargaining table for face to face sessions on twenty-four days over the last seven months. We have succeeded in turning back several company attacks on your contractual rights. We have made improvements to the contracts. And today, the committee is happy to announce that we have reached agreement on a new three-year tentative agreement. Changes include:

A 3 year term
Base wage adjustments

            and
Annual wage increases
Made to Stay
Forced Overtime
On Call pay
Summer Overtime
Training
And others…

A complete, comprehensive explanation of each change will follow and be available at the explanation/ratification meeting which is being scheduled as this report is being distributed.
