The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reports:

The Union Bargaining Committee met via conference call with the Company throughout the day. We passed a series of proposals intended to improve your contract, working conditions and help better balance your work/life balance.

The company passed 3 proposals designed to destroy hard earned bargained for rights including eliminating all scheduling restrictions and the ability to re-turf at the company’s sole discretion. As we review these company proposals we know we are in for a fight.

Talks are scheduled to resume Thursday November 12, 2020, again by conference call. We have many issues that need addressed and the company needs to take YOUR concerns seriously at the table! Please contact your Unit President or Rep with any bargaining questions and to learn of upcoming Mobilizations.
