The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reports:

We met via conference call with the Company again today. While we continue to fight for our proposals that will create improvements to the contract the company insists on gutting the CBA. Throughout bargaining this week we have engaged the company with a series of discussions, information requests and questions at the ‘virtual’ bargaining table to try to gain an understanding of their intent to strip away your rights with their proposals.

To this point, the company has offered few answers and ABSOLUTELY NO justification for their requests for EXTREME GIVEBACKS.

Bargaining is done for the week and the fight ahead of us is bigger than ever. Ask your UP or Rep how you can get involved to send a message to the company that you WILL NOT settle for anything less than a fair contract!!
