CWA & AVAYA 2023 Bargaining Report #14

On Tuesday, October 31, the Avaya Bargaining Committee reported:
The Union and the Company met yesterday, October 30, hoping to bring the remaining issues closer together so that we can get an agreement out to you to vote on. While nothing was agreed to, there was some positive discussions towards finalizing the outstanding issues.
With that being the case, the contract has been extended through Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. (EDT).
