After meeting with the company throughout the day and into the evening, we have come to an agreement on a 4 year contract. Improvements include the 4 year term and the following areas:

Funeral Pay
Layoff Allowance
Standby Pay
Performance Bonus
Boot Allowance
Apparel Allowance
and more…We thank you for your support as we’ve worked through this round of bargaining and recommend ratification of this agreement.
