Meeting Dates: October 22-24 2012

Room Rates: $174.00 per night

The greatest number of rooms is reserved for the nights of Monday October 22, 2012 and Tuesday October 23, 2012. There are a limited number of rooms available for Sunday evening October 21, 2012 for those planning to arrive the day before the start of the conference; and there are a limited, but greater, number of rooms available for Wednesday evening October 24, 2012 for those who plan to stay until Thursday.

The conference will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday October 22, 2012 to accommodate traveling Monday morning.

Reservation Information:

1. Call (717) 533-2171 or 1-800 HERSHEY (1-800-437-7439) for reservations on or before October 7, 2012 and,
2. Identify yourself as part of the Communications Workers of America District 2-13 Conference and,
3. Provide guest name, type of room, check-in and check-out dates.
4. Special needs arrangements must be made at the time of reservation.
5. Credit Card information will be requested at the time of reservation and,
6. One night’s room and tax will be charged as a deposit.
7. All room, tax and incidental charges will be paid for by the guest upon departure.
8. Guest accommodations will be available after 4:00 PM on arrival day and,
9. Reserved until 12:00 PM on departure day.
10. Room requests made after October 7, 2012 will be subject to availability and,
11. May result in a higher rate and/or accommodation at another hotel.
