ENVOY

This month, the Envoy Bargaining Committee met with the airline and reported:

Your Envoy Bargaining Committee met with the Company on December 8th & 9th for their second bargaining meeting.

This session we passed several new contract article proposals including Articles 12: Holidays, Article 16: Hours of Service, and Article 29: Grievance Procedure. The company returned our proposals on Article 7: Probation and Article 10: Part-Time Employees, as well as two LOA (Letter of Agreement) proposals.

Some progress was made, we did reach a tentative agreement on Article 10, but most of our proposed changes were denied by the company. This is not surprising as it is very early in the negotiating process, but we know with your support, we have a great chance to pass a favorable contract to you for your approval.

Again, we stressed the need for the company to finish providing our request for information (RFI), which was submitted by the Union. They have not provided any additional information that we have requested, and we are looking into options to convince them to honor our requests.

We have our next rounds of negotiations on January 12th and 13th, 2026. We ask that you support your bargaining committee and continue to work safely and to rule.

Check out Envoy.Agents.org or the Envoy Agents Facebook page for the latest bargaining news.

EVERYACTION/BONTERRA

PA UNITED

This month, new CWA Local 13000 members unanimously ratified their first contract with PA United. CWA Local 13000 explained the contract’s gains:

Two major details of this milestone tentative agreement include fully paid healthcare with no cost share to our members as well as a retirement plan. Previously, our members had no healthcare options available to them nor did they have any type of retirement plan. Additional details include significant wage increases upon ratification and for each subsequent year of the agreement, paid vacations, paid holidays, paid sick leave, grievance and arbitration procedures, layoff and recall protections, weather protocols and standards, defined work schedules, overtime provisions, and job security language, among many other provisions secured that are too long to list in this article.

The new agreement is in effect through December 31, 2028.

Congratulations to the Bargaining Team and members!
