District 2-13 Bargaining News: March 2026

AT&T Legacy T
This month, AT&T Legacy T members voted to ratify the agreement CWA T&T reached. As CWA reported: “[t]he new contract includes pay increases… improved healthcare options, bereavement leave… and the creation of a joint committee to discuss potential impacts of artificial intelligence on members.” The T&T bargaining team, which included CWA Local 13500 President Cindy Neumeyer, thanks the members for their mobilization and support.

AT&T MOBILITY: Orange Contract
The Orange Contract Bargaining Committee continued negotiations throughout March and extended the contract’s expiration to April 3rd.
CWA Orange Contract members voted overwhelmingly to authorize a strike with AT&T if necessary. In the latest report the Bargaining Team debunks AT&T’s incomplete reports to the membership again.
Members participated in informational pickets throughout March to bolster the bargaining team.

CWA officers and members in Locals 2201, 13000, and 2204 participated in informational picketing to tell AT&T Mobility it is time for a fair contract.

CLIMATE REALITY
CWA Local 2336’s bargaining committee negotiated with Climate Reality throughout February and focused on issues that members ranked high on their surveys.

CCI – CLEC
This month, CLEC members at Consolidated Communications ratified an agreement to merge with ILEC members under a single Collective Bargaining Agreement. Reach out to CWA Local 13000 additional information.
GRAPHIC AUDIO
After months of bargaining, the Graphic Audio bargaining team reached a tentative agreement for the employees’ first contract.
CWA Local 2108 will represent the newest members of District 2-13.

This month, CWA Local 2336’s Bargaining Team continued negotiations with MissionWired over the first contract for this bargaining unit. As a final tentative agreement nears, the Bargaining Team explained the potential explanation meeting and ratification vote process.

PIEDMONT
Late last month, the Bargaining Committee joined Piedmont to meet with a Federal Mediator. Check out the latest mediation report.
Piedmont members mobilized throughout March to let the airline know that it is time to value their work. At DCA, members of Local 2252 told management that being awarded the 2026 “Customer Cup” was not enough. They want better wages and a fair contract!

VERIZON
Following early talks, a tentative agreement to extend the CBA to August 3, 2030 was reached. District 2-13 with CWA District 1 and IBEW members ratified the agreement.

ZENIMAX ZSSU
Late last month, the company cancelled negotiations with CWA Local 2108’s unit bargaining table but did meet at the core bargaining table. Read the full report here:
