STATE OF DELAWARE:
Office of State Bank Commissioners and Capitol Police Dispatchers
This month, CWA Local 13101 reported:
We are continuing to fight for fair and equitable contracts for both the Office of the State Bank Commissioners and the Capitol Police Dispatchers. Unfortunately, the State of Delaware has taken the position of offering identical wage proposals across all unions, which in our view does not constitute good faith bargaining. These roles are highly specialized and deserve individual consideration. Because of this, we were not able to reach an agreement on compensation and the next step in the process will be mediation. We want to be transparent: this will not be a quick resolution, as there are more than two dozen state contracts heading to mediation. Nonetheless, we remain committed to fighting for the wages and respect our members have earned.
In addition, mediation over these contracts with the State of Delaware began in May. Reach out to Local 13101 for the latest news.
FRONTIER PA
The Bargaining Committee reached a tentative agreement with Frontier in Pennsylvania. CWA Local 13571 has mailed ballots to the Frontier bargaining unit members. Ballots will be counted and the results announced in mid-June. Reach out to the Local with any questions or for details.

As negotiations between CWA Local 2007 and Greenbrier continued this month, the contract expiration date has been extended to May 31st. Stay in touch with your Local for the latest updates.
