District 2-13 Bargaining News: November 2024
Frontier PA
CWA Local 13571 members in Pennsylvania voted overwhelmingly to approve a strike against Frontier Communications. Negotiations opened this month, and the bargaining committee is focused on wages and outsourcing work. The current contract expires on November 30.
INOVA
CWA Local 2252’s bargaining committee agreed to extend the current contract with INOVA/ASHN to December 2, 2024. Stay in touch with the Local for the latest updates.
LifePath
The bargaining team is pleased to announce a tentative agreement with LifePath over Local 13500’s represented members. The Local is scheduling a contract explanation and ratification vote meeting.
Piedmont
The bargaining committee met with Piedmont from November 11-13. As a result of recent mobilization, the committee reported greater strides in negotiations, and extra dates have been added at the bargaining table. Keep up the great work!

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
Members in Locals 14827, 14842 and TNG-CWA Local 38061 have been on strike at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for more than two years, the country’s longest running strike.

Wells Fargo
Wells Fargo Workers United-CWA issued a statement, which announced the opening of the first-ever contract negotiations with the bank. The bargaining committee includes Scott Keehn from the Fairfax Branch in Wilmington, DE. The committee will negotiate a national contract for branches nationwide.
ZeniMax
ZeniMax workers in Maryland and Texas walked off the job this month for a one-day, unfair labor practice strike. ZeniMax Workers United-CWA filed a ULP in October to charge the company with failure to bargain, specifically over remote work options and outsourcing quality assurance work.
CWA Local 2100 represents workers in Hunt Valley, MD, and Local 2108 represents Rockville, MD employees. ZeniMax Workers United-CWA was the first union at a Microsoft video game studio.
