CLIMATE REALITY
The CWA Local 2336 Bargaining Committee responded to Climate Reality’s layoff notice:
We are deeply troubled by the recent announcement from Climate Reality regarding upcoming layoffs. The Union was not given enough advance notice or indication thatthis was being considered to bargain on this decision before Climate Reality’s announcement. This news is difficult for all of us, and we recognize the uncertainty andstress it brings, particularly to those who may be directly impacted.

COMCAST (Corliss)
The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee met with Comcast over the Corliss contract several times in September. The Bargaining Committee urges members to be ready for a call to action. Check out the latest report here.

Kastle Security Systems, Inc.
Local 13552 Kastle members in Pennsylvania ratified a 3-year Collective Bargaining Agreement this month.

LIFEPATH
CWA Local 13500 reached a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with LifePath over a one-time payment to regular and part-time employees. Check out the agreement here:
As stated in the MOA, members should have received payment in their September 26th paycheck.
PA UNITED
CWA Local 13000 bargained with PA United for workers’ first contract in Carnegie, PA throughout the month. On September 11, 2025, the Local reported:
Today we met again with the company and presented more proposals to build your contract. Today we presented counters on Vacation, Sick Leave, Weather and Transportation.
Along with that we TA’d (Tentative Agreements) Separability, Grievance Procedure, Arbitration, Sick Leave, Work Schedules and Union Representation.
We will be working on adjusting proposals on the table and Economic proposals together for our next bargaining on 9/25/25.
