Duquesne Club Bargaining Update #2

The Union and the Company met on Friday, September 10, 2010 in Greentree, PA. The Company presented the Union with some of their proposals. The Company is still awaiting information from the medical insurance carrier regarding rates for the upcoming year. The Company and Union will be working on updating the waitstaff scheduling guidelines. Once these have been finalized, at the conclusion of bargaining we will distribute these to all employees.

Our next meeting will be Thursday, September 16, 2010. Your bargaining team will continue to meeting to review and develop a response to the Company's proposed changes.
