LifePath 2017 Bargaining: Report 1
CWA and LifePath met today to formally open bargaining to renew our contract which expires on Saturday, September 30, 2017.
The Union opened with a general overview of our objective to improve both wages and working conditions for our membership.
LifePath shared concerns over new State funding arrangements, health care expenses and operational issues impacting the Day and Residential Programs.
Your bargaining team is committed to reaching a fair and equitable contract that meets the needs of the membership.
Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 29th when both parties will begin exchanging proposals.
Bargaining updates will be posted on the CWA Local web site at www.cwalocal13500.com, bulletin boards in the Day Programs and your LifePath Bargaining 2017 Facebook page.
STRONGER TOGETHER!
