LifePath 2017 Bargaining: Report 12
After a week of intense discussions in an attempt to reach and fair and equitable agreement, your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached with LifePath late Friday.
Your bargaining committee is preparing a Highlight Report which will be published shortly. In addition, contract read-out meetings will be scheduled to discuss the complete details of the tentative agreement.
Meeting locations, dates and times will be listed in the Highlight Report and posted on all bulletin boards, the LifePath Bargaining 2017 Facebook page, and the Local 13500 web site @ www.cwalocal13500.com.
The agreement includes a significant increase in wages, additional PTO time for all employees, improvements to the Inclement Weather Policy, Short Term Disability Policy and 401K Plan and other conditions of employment.
The bargaining committee thanks you for your continued support. We believe this tentative agreement is one you will be proud of and we look forward to seeing you at a meeting.
A mail ratification vote will follow these meetings.
