MissionWired First Contract Bargaining: Report #21

On Monday, October 20, 2025, the CWA Local 2336 Bargaining Committee reported:

Your CWA bargaining committee met with MissionWired today for another negotiation session.  The Union passed a WAGE AND WAGE TABLE PROPOSAL.  Our proposal reflects both the realities of the current economic climate and the value of the work we collectively contribute. This is the first pass on this economic proposal.  MissionWired had several questions about how new salary bands were arrived out; what research we used and what other comparable information we based our proposal off of.

It is important as we round out the negotiations for a first contract that everyone continue to support the bargaining team and stand up for yourself and your contribution to this organization. Our next bargaining session is November 4th.  We would like a visible collective action from the entire bargaining unit. Stay engaged and look for information from your mobilization committee.
