MX1 Bargaining Report 2

The CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reports:

The Union Bargaining Committee spent the past 2 days meeting with Company management from MX1 and SES. Early sessions focused on working towards agreements on the 16 proposals we gave the company on May 13. We also passed 9 new proposals that look to further address your concerns and issues. New proposals included working hours, promotions, training, inclement weather and more on workplace safety. The talks were productive throughout the last 2 days. Seven tentative agreements have been reached thus far on previous proposals aimed at addressing workplace issues. While progress is being seen at the table we still have a long way to go to reach our goal of a first contract. Updates will be relayed though your bargaining team members as future events unfold.
