Political Action Update
CWA activists in Northern Virginia spent last Saturday knocking on doors for Democratic candidate for governor, Terry McAuliffe. McAuliffe joined an early meeting of labor activists, including CWA President Larry Cohen, American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten and volunteers ready to go door-to-door. CWA led all unions in Virginia on number of volunteers at the Saturday walk and workplace leafleting.
