Tentative Agreement: Altice WV

Congratulations to the CWA District 2-13 Bargaining Committee, Local 2002 Patrick Adkins, Local 2007 David Quesenberry, and Staff Representative Linda Miller, on reaching a Tentative Agreement for a first contract with Altice. The Bargaining Committee reports:

Today at 7:45pm, after almost eight months of negotiations, your Bargaining Committee reached a Tentative Agreement with Altice for a four year contract.

The agreement with Altice for Local 2002’s and Local 2007’s membership provides, among other things, job security, grievance and arbitration rights, and guaranteed pay raises.

The detailed tentative agreement will be provided for membership’s review. A Contract Explanation meeting or call will follow. Contract ratification voting information will be provided to members in the coming week.
