Tentative Agreement Reached with Delaware State Police

Congratulation to the CWA Local 13101 Bargaining Committee for reaching a Tentative Agreement with the Delaware State police on behalf of the 911 and Civilian bargaining units! The Bargaining Committee reports:

We are pleased to announce that we have reached a Tentative Agreement with the Delaware State police for our 911 and Civilian bargaining units.

The CBA explanation meeting date will be announced as soon as we have the arrangements finalized. We will provide full details of the new agreement at the explanation meeting.

The ratification ballots will be prepared on Thursday, May 23 and mailed as soon as possible.

The Bargaining Team is grateful for your support during the process; we’ll see you at the meeting!
