UPO Bargaining News: March 2024
In a report dated Friday, March 8, 2024, the CWA Local 2336 Bargaining Committee reported:
Dear fellow members,
Our sixth meeting was held on Monday, February 26, 2024. CWA countered the proposals UPO submitted. Some of the changes offered concerned benefits, holidays and personal days, bereavement leave, retirement, AIDs policy, and the alcohol and drug policy. CWA also countered language proposed surrounding Appendix 3.
Our seventh meeting was held on Monday, March 4, 2024. CWA offered proposals concerning overtime pay, seniority, new titles and job classifications, and Union activity.
