VCS Bargaining 2011: Report # 23

Your Bargaining Team met briefly with the Company today and during this meeting the Union rejected the newest language that had been proposed by the Company concerning one of their earlier RETROGRESSIVE proposals. To date the Company continues to refuse to withdraw any of the proposals that they have placed on the table that will negatively impact you and your family. Your Bargaining Team stands ready to negotiate a FAIR AND EQUITABLE agreement with the Company. That process will begin as soon as the Company withdraws their RETROGRESSIVE demands. We need each of you to stay strong on the picket lines and continue to let the Company know that WE WILL NOT GO BACK. Together WE WILL MOVE FORWARD and beat back this attempt by the Company to strip us of the many gains we have achieved through the years. It is up to each of us to stand up to this GREEDY corporation and let them know that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

We all need to continue to fight this battle and in the end we will prevail. Hang tough on the picket lines and your Committee will continue to fight for each of you at the table and with your outstanding support on the lines we will last one day longer than this GREEDY corporation. WE WILL PREVAIL!!!
