Verizon Local 13000 Bargaining Report # 6

Local bargaining concluded for the week and is set to resume on Monday. Your local bargaining team continues to analyze the data provided by the Company in its responses to our information requests earlier this week. We are fully prepared and will continue without waiver to push the union’s agenda with proposals that ensure that our member’s quality of life issues are cared for. Our agenda cares for those quality of life issues in the workplace in terms of workplace justice, fairness and working conditions, as well as demanding our members have the time available away from work to spend with family. Members should continue the mobilization efforts and workplace actions in the field and send the message to management that we are united in our demand for a fair contract. Strike authorization ballots are out in the mail, let your voice be heard at the table..VOTE!! Member Relief Strike Fund Certification forms to be filled out by every member are also being mailed out and need to be returned ASAP.

STAY STRONG! STAND UNITED! STAY MOBILIZED!
