Windstream PA 2018 Bargaining Report #2

The Union Bargaining Team met with the company again today in the hopes of having questions answered and meaningful discussions about the issues that are important to you, the Bargaining Unit. The company had other plans. Most of the day was spent asking more questions and seeking more answers from the company as they had very little to offer today.

Talks will continue tomorrow at 10 AM. We are committed to secure a fair contract and know now that won’t be possible without the support of all of the Membership. The contracts expire in 10 days and the company is in no hurry to work toward any improvements to your working conditions.

The time to get involved is now! Ask what you can do to help secure a fair contract. Contact your Rep and let them know that you are in the fight.
