ZSSU Bargaining Report After First Table

On Friday, January 9, 2026, the CWA Local 2108 Bargaining Committee issued the following report:

Fellow CWA Members:  

The Union and the Employer met today. The Union was represented by Nneka Maceo, Brandon Simmons, LaTasha Carpenter, Sarah Kearsley, and Zac Audette. The Employer was represented by Behnaz Mansouri - Microsoft CELA Lead Negotiator, Tom Pagliarula - Microsoft Labor Relations, Jessica Harris - ZeniMax HR, Lee Saggers - Zenimax Associate VP of CT&O. The Union presented proposals for Preamble & Recognition, Hours of Work, Unplanned Closings & Inclement Weather, Remote & Hybrid Work Models, and Crediting.  

The Employer neither presented any proposals or proposed any counters during our meeting time, despite having over an hour of caucus time. This means the Union will have to wait until our next meeting with the Employer to hear their counter proposals, unnecessarily lengthening the bargaining process.  

The next bargaining session will be on Thursday January 22, 2026. This date coincides with an All Hands meeting and provides an opportunity for you to support the bargaining committee. It is important to show the Employer that our demands have strong support. To this end we are creating an action for all workers in this unit to change their Team’s background image. Use your voice in solidarity with your coworkers bargaining at the table that day. Be on the lookout for followup communications for what background image to use.
