Windstream PA 2018 Bargaining Report #5

The Union and company met today in a series of off table talks to try to kick start progress as we continue to work towards a new contract. We have tentatively achieved gains in Bereavement, Inclement Weather, Discipline, Seniority, Half Day Vacations and Scheduling. There are still many MAJOR hurdles to be cleared including health care and wages.

Bargaining will resume Friday morning September 28, 2018.Time is running out on the current contract and the time to mobilize is now!
