October 2023 Bargaining Round Up

Bargaining with American Airlines, Comcast, Piedmont, and ZeniMax continued in October. Avaya and UPO contracts were extended. A tentative agreement with Brightspeed heads to a ratification vote, and an MOA with LifePath went into effect. Members and allies marked one year on strike at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

September 2023 Bargaining Round Up

Frontier members ratified a new, 4-year contract! A tentative agreement with CCI heads to a ratification vote. The Avaya contract was extended after members voted to authorize a strike. Bargaining with American Airlines and Comcast Alle-Kiske continued, as negotiations with Piedmont began. Members at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette stand strong as the strike passes the 11-month mark.

The CWA Bargaining Team announced that a tentative agreement was reached with CCI for the ILEC contract. The contract explanation meeting and and ratification vote will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023.
