CLIMATE REALITY
CWA Local 2336’s Bargaining Team posted the complete tentative agreement for review ahead of a ratification vote.
COMCAST (SOUTH HILLS)
The Comcast South Hills contract expiration notice has been sent out in preparation for negotiations. The contract will expire on November 6, 2026. Members of Local 13000 Unit 115 should return their bargaining surveys as soon as possible so that the bargaining agenda will reflect the greatest concerns of the members. CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS, INC – ILEC
Local 13000 opened bargaining with CCI during the last week of August. The Union and Company exchanged proposals, and they scheduled additional bargaining dates. Read the full report and reach out to your Local Rep for the latest information.
DELAWARE DSHS-DSP – 911 and CIVILIANS
The Local 13101 Bargaining Team submitted their Last, Best, and Final Offer to the State of Delaware. The State’s response resulted in a stalemate, leading to no meaningful compromise. Read the full report.

ENVOY
Negotiations with Envoy have proceeded throughout the summer in both Washington, DC and Dallas, TX. The Bargaining Committee reported progress in many areas but cautions members that more work lies ahead.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP FIREFIGHTERS
Firefighters in Pennsylvania’s Warrington Township voted to join CWA Local 13000 in May. Negotiations with the Township opened in late July and are ongoing.

CWA members from across the United States and into Canada rallied with union allies to bring attention to Microsoft’s layoffs. The “Save Our Devs” rallies protested corporate greed and the unilateral actions of Microsoft. Rallies Hunt Valley and Rockville, MD supported video game workers in Locals 2100 and 2108.
