District 2-13 Bargaining News: September 2026

AVAYA
CWA Telecommunications & Technologies (T&T) opened negotiations with Avaya on September 15th with a clear purpose: “to reach a fair and equitable contract that recognizes the contributions of our members, while also acknowledging the economic realities facing both our workforce and the Company.” The Bargaining Team reported productive talks after the first day of bargaining.

CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS, INC (Fidium)
After reaching a tentative agreement this month, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Team announced that members ratified a 3-year CBA. The new contract includes: annual wage increases, an increased performance bonus, promotions to senior titles, Parental Leave, vacation accrual and carry over, training, and more improvements.

ENVOY
The Envoy Bargaining Committee continued negotiating with the airline this month. The Committee reported: “While not every conversation at the table was easy, each article [proposal] presented is another opportunity to address the concerns and priorities of our membership.”

CWA International Vice Presidents from District 2-13 Mike Davis and District 6 Derrick Osobase jointly announced a significant agreement in CORE Effects Bargaining. Members of the Bargaining Committee, as well as member mobilization, made this agreement possible.
