CWA - DIRECTV TECH-OOR BARGAINING REPORT #1

Today marked the first day of bargaining for the Mid Atlantic and West Out of Region (OOR) DTV/AT&T bargaining unit. It has been a long time coming and as your bargaining committee we are excited to have finally started.

Today's session started with introductions of both sides of the bargaining table. CWA team consisted of: Martha Flagge, Jay Boyle, Lisa Fazzini, Manuel Gonzalez, Michael Lewis, and Steve Jaynes presiding. AT&T team consisted of; Eric Bain, John Andrasik, and Andrea Ward presiding.

The Company passed 11 proposals across the table today including, but not limited to, Classification of Employees, Seniority, Company-Union Relations, Time Off, Working Conditions, Compensation and Benefit plans. Several discussions on these topics were had but no conclusions or agreements were come to. Hopefully tomorrow will bring more movement.
