CWA - DIRECTV TECH-OOR BARGAINING REPORT #2

Today the two committees worked apart in the morning formulating and writing proposals.  Bargaining resumed in the afternoon.  The union passed proposals regarding seniority, as well  as counter proposals on Company-Union Relations, that included, New Employee Orientations and how time off would be handled.  We attempted to clarify Company proposals regarding No Strike – No Lockout and Management Rights.

Bargaining will resumes on Wednesday at 10:00 A. M.
