District 2-13 Bargaining News: February 2026

AT&T Legacy T
CWA’s Telecommunications and Technologies Bargaining Committee reached a tentative agreement with AT&T Legacy T in late January. The agreement includes “pay increases compounding over the life of the contract, improved healthcare options” as well as expanded bereavement leave and a ratification bonus. Read the update.

AT&T MOBILITY: Orange Contract
The Orange Contract Bargaining Committee continued negotiations this month and extended the contract’s expiration date twice. The current contract remains in effect until March 6th.

DELAWARE STATE: OFFICE OF THE STATE BANK COMMISSIONER
This month, members of the Office of the State Bank Commissioner (OSBC) ratified their first contract with CWA Local 13101.

Negotiations with Envoy were held on January 11 & 12, 2026, with additional dates scheduled in February. The Bargaining Committee reported that although negotiations have just started, “the company does not seem ready for any significant change to the contract.”

Negotiations with Graphic Audio for the first contract with CWA Local 2108 continued this month. In their latest report, Graphic Audio Union (GAU) shared details of the proposals and issues at the bargaining table.

Negotiations with MissionWired for the first contract with CWA Local 2336 continued this month. In the latest report, the Bargaining Team shared that all of the Union’s proposals have been presented at the table. Additional sessions have been scheduled as negotiations near a tentative agreement.

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP (Municipal Workers)
CWA Local 13000 negotiated with Newtown Township over the Municipal Workers contract at the end of last year. The Bargaining Team reached a tentative agreement, which included significant wage adjustments, new titles, new certification bonuses, and additional paid holidays, among other improvements. The members overwhelmingly ratified the contract earlier this year. Read more about the agreement in Local 13000’s newsletter:
